It is time again to sharpen your Scissors and play against the world. The Annual Rock Paper Scissors International World Championships are happening again on Saturday, September 30th, 2006 in Toronto. Over 700 of the best RPS players from around the world inclulding Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Canada, and all over the US will be gathering at the Steam Whistle Brewery to compete for a prize purse of $10,000.

If you have never been to or heard of this event, it is a blast. The event attracts everyone from those to take it scary serious to people looking for a fun night out in Toronto over a couple of beers.
For those unable to make the trip or who just need some practice, the Annual Roshambo Winery Southwestern Regional RPS Tournament is coming up in California wine country in only a couple of weeks (tickets are almost sold out the organizers tell me).
