What works on YouTube

An interesting analysis and breakdown from Asi Sharabi of No Man’s Land Blog of the most successful 100 videos of all time on You Tube.
The overall breakdown is that 58 are user-generated and 42 are commercial efforts (of various kinds).
Some great insight here for would-be viral producers (be you corporate or amateur).
